A strategist who's been
on both sides of the table.
I didn’t start my career in marketing. I started in software and product. My job was to figure out how things worked, how people used them, and to design usability improvements to make them better.
When I founded my agency in 2020 and began working directly with business owners, they were often doing a lot of chaotic trial-and-error marketing activities without methods to measure what was driving meaningful results.
Because most businesses were making decisions without a full picture of their data, their positioning, or their market, they would often feel burnt-out, frustrated, and distrustful of the potential of digital marketing.
That’s the gap I focus on now.
Product & systems
Worked in software, QA, and product design. I focused on how systems function, where they break, the ways people interact with them, and how to improve them.
In the trenches with small businesses
Founded a digital marketing agency, personally executing everything from websites to ads. Learned how often marketing decisions get shaped by pressure, not clarity.
Cheshire Strategy
Helping businesses understand through their data what’s driving growth so they can make better decisions, not just "do more marketing".
